Screenshot Organizer ("we", "our", "the app") is developed by Studio Method. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Android application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about our data practices.

Information We Collect

Local Data (Stored on Your Device Only)

• Screenshots and images you capture or import into the app
• Album names, organisation settings, and app preferences
• Edited images and annotations

This data is stored entirely on your device and is never uploaded to any server or cloud service.

Data Collected by Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services that may collect data:

• Google AdMob: Displays advertisements in the free version of the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, and usage data to serve relevant ads. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous usage statistics to help us improve the app, such as feature usage, session duration, and crash reports. No personally identifiable information is collected. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Adapty: Manages in-app subscriptions and purchases. Adapty may collect purchase history and subscription status. See Adapty's Privacy Policy.

Permissions

The app requests the following permissions:

• Storage / Photos & Videos: Required to capture, save, organise, and edit screenshots. This is the core functionality of the app.
• Display over other apps: Required for the floating capture button that allows you to take screenshots from anywhere.
• Foreground Service: Required to run the floating capture button and screenshot detection service in the background.
• Notifications: Used to notify you when a screenshot is captured outside the app.

Advertising

The free version of the app displays banner ads and interstitial ads powered by Google AdMob. These ads may use your advertising ID to serve relevant content. Premium subscribers enjoy a completely ad-free experience. You can reset or opt out of personalised ads through your device's settings under Google > Ads.

In-App Purchases

The app offers premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly) managed through Google Play and processed by Adapty. Payment information is handled entirely by Google Play and is never accessible to us.

Data Storage & Security

All your screenshots, albums, and app data are stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers or cloud storage. We do not have access to your screenshots or personal files. Your data remains entirely under your control.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to remove such information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. The only data shared is anonymous analytics data collected by Firebase and advertising data collected by AdMob, as described above.

Your Rights

Since all app data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can delete all app data by clearing the app's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the app. To opt out of personalised advertising, adjust your device's ad settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
